SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Boldrini Selleria S.r.l. intends to promote, through its website www.boldriniselleria.com, the distance selling of its products.
This form of sale is exclusively retail.

The website provides all the information related to the products on sale, including materials, colours, dimensions, photographic images, and prices.
The prices are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and any indirect taxes (if applicable).
The price of the products, shipped in Italy the European Union and out European Union, is inclusive of shipping costs.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
If they already have access credentials, in order to identify themselves it will be sufficient to enter these to access their account.
If customers do not have an account on the website, they can create one by filling out the form in the “registration” section.
By selecting payment by Bank Transfer, at the conclusion of placing the order the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email containing the bank details of BOLDRINI SELLERIA. Upon receipt of the copy of the successful transfer, BOLDRINI SELLERIA will issue the order confirmation subject to the crediting of the sum transferred.
The shipment will take place within the agreed time and in any case as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.
By selecting the PayPal payment method customers can pay directly through their PayPal account. BOLDRINI SELLERIA reserves the right to send the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by PayPal.
DISPLAYED PRICES, TAXES AND DUTIES
The price of the Products is that indicated on the website at the time the Customer places the order. Prices include packaging costs, VAT (if applicable) and charges of delivery, .
The price of a product may vary when the sales are on, and the relative discount percentages may vary.
If the Products are to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price is net of any customs duties and any other sales tax. Customers are invited to enquire with the competent authorities in their country of residence or destination of the Products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in their country.
All transactions relating to online orders on the BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM website are made in euro only.
Each order will be accompanied by an invoice.
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order proposal. A sales invoice will be issued for each order, which will be sent by email and together with the goods, on the basis of the data sent at the time of purchase under the item “invoicing data”. The products will be delivered by UPS on workdays. Please note that in Italy the following days are holidays when the courier does not make deliveries:

Deliveries will be made within the term indicated in the order confirmation sent to the Customer. In case the delivery cannot be made within the above mentioned term, the Customer may withdraw from the contract and BOLDRINI SELLERIA shall return without delay all amounts already received under this contract. Causes of force majeure are not included.
TRACING THE DELIVERY
When the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email from BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment and possibly also manage the delivery in a different way to that established.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM. At the time of delivery, the customer must verify the integrity of the package and if it is damaged, accept the package with reservation, indicating this on the delivery note.
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the packaging before signing as proof of receipt of the delivery. The BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM packages are carefully packed in a cardboard box, sealed with adhesive tape which is attached around the package.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested either to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery. In the event of the delivery being accepted with an unauthorised signature or if there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to report the incident immediately to the courier and to contact BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM at email@example.com. If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing, the package must be kept for further checks.
Any complaints concerning damage, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be forwarded to BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM within a maximum of 10 days after the date of delivery resulting on the courier’s website, otherwise they cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package ordered. If the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs, and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without any explanation and without any penalties, except as indicated in the following paragraphs.
In order to exercise this right, the customer must send the items he/she intends to return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, together with the return form completed in all its parts. Returns without the relative filled in paper form will not be accepted.

All transport risks and costs related to the return will be borne by Boldrini Selleria.com.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (dust-bags and boxes), with the safety thread on the items to be returned neither cut nor broken, and without any signs of wear or dirt.
The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
- the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts;
- shipping costs related to the return of the goods are to be paid by Boldrini Selleria.com;
The refund will be made as soon as the returned item arrives at the BOLDRINI SELLERIA S.r.l. warehouses and the goods have been checked.
For orders paid by PayPal or Bank Transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.
In the event of the customer receiving defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM it will be necessary to follow the same instructions above. BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising returns for defective goods.
Returns authorised by BOLDRINISELLERIA.COM must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.
For all aspects not specifically expressed herein, the European regulations for distance selling shall apply.
These sale terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these terms and conditions will be deferred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pistoia.
